We invite you to his childhood home in Skien that is now Venstøp museum. You will see and hear about Ibsens early years. You will be able to understand more about how he was affected and inspired in ways that will give you more understanding of one of the worlds most famous playwrights.

His childhood home is situated just outside Skien in a beautiful landscape area, where perhaps you can recreate the sensations and feelings that Henrik Ibsen had when he lived here.
